Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. Please use our returns procedure to receive a refund. Please return unwanted items within 14 working days or 7 working days for items on sale.
Can I order by telephone?
Absolutely! Please call us on 01453 759297 (Clothes shop) or 01453 752561 (Gift shop) between 9.30am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
Will you get an item back in stock?
Most of our clothing items are pre-ordered and in limited numbers. We do get returns and so it is worth getting in touch. For our gifting brands we generally get regular deliveries so the website will be updated when they arrive.
What payment options are available?
Online: Credit card, Debit card, gift card or PayPal.
In store: Credit card, debit card, gift card or cash.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer 2 options. You can choose between our traditional Moonflower Gift Voucher which we send out by post. Alternatively, if time is tight, we can send an e-Gift card which can be used immediately on-line.

Where is my order?
UK - 3 to 5 working days.
Europe - 5 to 7 working days
If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery period, it may be down to the following reasons:
• Royal Mail has experienced a delay, especially during the current climate
• Royal Mail has tried to deliver and has left you a card
• Your parcel has been left with a neighbour
• Your parcel has been left in your designated safe place
If none of the above apply or you still cannot locate your parcel, please get in touch.
How do I Return My Order?
Online orders only:
Included in your order is a returns form. Just fill this out, and return the unused item by post. Please keep proof of postage. The refund should show up in your account within 7 working days
We can only offer an exchange or credit note in store. Please come in with your item and proof of purchase
We cannot accept returns of nail varnish, earrings, face masks or underwear. This is for hygiene reasons
How long do I have to return an item?
Within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase
Can I exchange an item?
We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on all full price purchases if returned within 14 days and in perfect condition with your till receipt. We do not offer an exchange against sale or discontinued items.
I haven't received my refund?
The refund should automatically appear in the same account your payment came from. If it doesn't, please call us and we will chase it up.
We pride ourselves on the quality of the brands we stock, however sometimes the odd thing goes wrong. If you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, just give us a call or email us and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
Only one code may be used per order, this includes free delivery or discount offers. Unfortunately we cannot apply codes or discounts after an order is placed.
